Kalioke Barre

If you love a choreographed class that’s infused with ballet, yoga, cardio, resistance bands, balls, blocks and more, this one is for you! Barre Above blends the latest exercise science principles with the Lotte Berk method, delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training.

Gentle Yoga

Grab your mat for this gentle, slow down and feel good class. This class is great for beginners and anyone looking to unplug and reconnect with themselves through movement, breathwork and meditation. (June theme: Body Kindness)

Skill Level: Beginner friendly/Accessible for most (kneeling)
Age: 16+

Flow + Let go!

Flow + Let go! is a unique flow class that balances our masculine and feminine energy. Participants can expect dynamic yoga sequences followed by the opportunity to gently build heat in the body with static holds. Then, it's time to let that ish go! Bounce, shake, slap the mat- releasing heat, negative thoughts and anything that's weighing you down. Finish with gentle stretch, grounding practices that often provide an opportunity to sing along and a sweet savasana.

Tuesdays at 5:30 pm (60 minutes)
Skill Level: Intermediate/Previous yoga experience recommended (frequent movement from the floor to standing)
Age: 16+

 

Slow Your Flow/Rise & Flow

Are you ready to get out of your head and into your body? Learn to flow breath by breath and pose by pose exploring 3-5 unique yoga sequences that prepare your body for a peak pose. Finish by grounding everything back down with gentle stretch, meditation and savasana.

Choreo Fusion

If you like choreography and 8 counts, this class is for you! Choreo Fusion blends barre, dance, yoga, traditional exercise and more into one seamless class. Each class will include a little sweat and a lot of fun sandwiched between a warmup designed to get the party started and a cooldown that includes a good stretch and short meditation to center our energy and get us reconnected with ourselves. Participants can expect to move their bodies from standing, seated, kneeling and lying down.

Private Sessions

Private one-on-one and group sessions are available for children and adults. Private sessions are a great way to begin connecting to your body and provide individualized opportunities to learn how to use the body and breath to prevent or support yourself through times of stress or anxiety.
